Set broken-image-skin sensitive to Image() dimensions changes.
Common problem with image set as broken-image-skin consists in it’s sizes stay constant on parent Image() dimensions changes. Other problem is we can’t use vector graphics as broken-image-skin for Image(), bitmaps only.
