My client, a leading Investment Bank currently require a Adobe Flex Java Lead Developer to join their team for a 6 month contract. The ideal candidate should have the following experience: Experience of Adobe Flex (Action Script 3). Experience of Hibernate (ideally with Spring). Proven experience of analysis and development of browser based Intranet/Internet applications using Java. Proven experience with Rational Applications Developer/Eclipse. Strong Structured Query Language (SQL) and database procedures (Oracle (preferred), Sybase, SQL). Strong knowledge of relational database design and implementation. Working directly with business users analysing system requirements, designing and documenting solutions. Working within a structured development environment using application frameworks, development standards and methodologies. Working as an individual or as part of a project team. Educated to degree level or equivalent. Good financial business knowledge.
