A Top Tier Global investment bank requires a proven Lead Adobe Flex/Java Developer to work closely with senior project managers and business analysts to design develop and implement the required systems. Successful candidates require proven delivery skills coupled with experience of working with offshore development teams whilst carrying out necessary project reporting to project managers and senior business analysts. Candidates must own recent in depth experience of Adobe Flex Hibernate and spring skills detailed Java, browser based Intranet applications and strong database design/implementation knowledge. Successful candidates will own proven team lead skills gained working with senior business users within a strong investment banking environment. You require structured development exposure using application framework and methodologies ideally WebSphere Application Server, Java struts, XML Clearcase and/or Clearquest coupled with Oracle and APEX exposure.
