(IT) Team Leader – Adobe Flex – Java – Get into Banking

Our major Investment Banking client is looking for an experienced Team Leader with Adobe Flex and Java skills to join their FX E-commerce team. You will be expected to manage all members of the external GUI team on a day to day basis. You will manage the relationship with any external consultancy engaged to supply technical and graphical design expertise during the development phase of the rich Internet application. You will be expected to draw up the detailed technical designs for components in response to business requirements and high level technical architecture. You will implement the best of breed technical solutions based on agreed technical design adopting industry standard design patterns and methodologies. You will fully test the implemented solutions in advance of UAT. It is expected that you will have a strong background in Adobe Flex and Java development, and have been working in a senior role for the last 2 years.Although the role is working within an Investment Bank our client will consider candidates from outside of the Investment Banking market.
