My large, Well established Client is looking to recruit a number of Interaction Designers (UX/IA) to improve the usability and experience of the website, leveraging research available to understand our users’ needs and then designing to meet and exceed them. You will have overall responsibility for all areas of user interaction throughout the website, to ensure users receive the best possible experience while using the website. To ensure that the website is compelling, simple to use and accessible, while meeting business, brand and user requirements. Expertly skilled with relevant tools including Creative Studio, Flex, Visio, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, etc. Knowledge of web technologies and the viability or otherwise of design solutions. Extensive information architecture (IA) and usability experience (UX) for blue-chip clients. Must have a portfolio showing excellent wireframes and other UX deliverables. Five years plus senior experience in a user experience consultancy, digital agency or similar.
